New Digital Visitor Permit System

We're pleased to announce the launch of our new digital visitor permit system, which replaces our traditional printed permits with a faster, greener and more user-friendly online service.  

The new system is 98% automated, allowing visitors to quickly fill out their application and receive their permit instantly and securely via email. The new streamlined form makes the process quick and efficient for users and means there is no more waiting for permits to arrive in the post. 

It also supports the University's commitment to sustainability. By eliminating paper, postage and transport costs, the digital system reduces carbon emissions, waste and overall resource use.
